Welcome to the survey of the project "Inclusion4All: Trans, Intersex and Nonbinary people at work”!
Háttér Society, SURT, TNN, University of Brescia and Zagreb Pride are implementing a project co-funded by the European Union within the Rights, Equality and Citizenship (REC) Programme. This project, Inclusion4All, aims at enhancing knowledge, build various capacities and raise awareness to improve efforts to create inclusive workplaces for trans (T), intersex (I) and nonbinary (NB) people. Research shows that anti-LGBTI workplaces discrimination and especially multifaceted discrimination against T, I and NB people is present in many workplaces. For this reason, the project focuses on responding to workplace discrimination of trans, intersex and nonbinary people, including introducing policies and prevention, that is, creating diverse and inclusive workplaces for all.
This research project is conducted by an international consortium of civil society organizations and universities. In the initial part of the project, we are conducting a survey about the knowledge of HR professionals, how much information is available to them, and what kind of experience they have working with trans, intersex and nonbinary employees and job seekers. The survey is fully anonymous, and takes about 15 minutes.
